With the leadership of Maurizio Quarta, is one of the most known specilised providers of interim and temporary management solutions (from a survey by the HR Directors Association). It works with multinational and international groups, but also with entrepreneurial companies and SMEs in order to give support for important discontinuities, either positive (growth and development) either negative (crisis, turnround).

born in 2004 as SeniorManagementInternational® , one of the largest groups of specialised interim providers, active in Europe, Asia, Africa, Americas and Australia. With its 28 partners the group has managed projects in over 40 countries during the last two years.
Maurizio Quarta is a co-founder of the group and has been Chairman for three mandates; today in the Board in charge of international expansion.
